KeyShot 9 on the mac seems to be hanging during the migration assistant part of the installation. Trying to update my 8 pro version. Tried unchecking both boxes, and still nothing works.
A installation using the full installer seems to have worked.

I am glad you where able to get this issue resolved. Whenever there is a need to update or download a newer version of the software it is always better to use the full installer versus the update. It will ensure all necessary files are downloaded for optimal performance.
