When I try to update a model from SolidWorks to Keyshot 8, that is already opened in Keyshot, Keyshot seems to stop responding shortly after starting to do the update and never completes the update. What is causing this and how do I fix it? I have been able to update this same model before, but now it won't update.
This should work. Can you share the model and possibly contact support directly?
