I am trying to render an simple equipment. But it does not look real. Any idea or tutorial link where I can make my equipment look real? Please see attached beams of my model. Thanks in advance.

I suggest you watch a bunch of tutorials first, asking a question like 'how to make this look real' is like asking someone to explain their job in all its details.
You can try by applying an environment. This will create different light sources and bounces off the material, giving it a realistic feel
