Windows 10 Keyshot 9.0.289
Not sure if this is a known issue but iam having problems when using certain .exr files for environment, Iam getting random lag when changing height, size, rotation...Up to 20 secs lag and blue spinning ring. Iam wondering if it has something to do with the .exr compression on certain files. If I export to HDR and re import all is good.
All of these .exr files work with no issues in Keyshot 8

Would you be able to send us a .exr file that was working without issues in KeyShot 8 but giving you some delay in KeyShot 9? I would like to see if we can reproduce the issue and if we are able to send it to our team to investigate what might be different or causing this to happen. Can you send it to support@keyshot.com if it's more than 20 MBs big can you send it to us via WeTransfer? You can use this link here (https://keyshot.wetransfer.com/) to send us an exr file.
