I need help!! what are the parameters for exporting Alembic from maya to keyshot. Everytime I tried to import .abc file into keyshot its showing me "No geometry retrieved from... check attachment.
Which version of KeyShot do you running?
It looks like it's KeyShot 8. You can make sure it is the latest version of KeyShot 8 by going to Help > Check for Updates.
Which version of Maya you are using is also relevant.
For Maya 2020 exporting via Cache > Alembic Cache > Export all to Alembic works with 8.2.80
As for importing it, in the import dialogue in KeyShot you should change the Animation setting to "Deformable Meshes".
