Title: Cannot get rid of Flyaway Fibers
Post by: HaroldL on January 08, 2020, 08:13:11 PM
OK so I sent a sample part from Alibre Design to KS 9.1. Went through the Unwrapping process and applied some RealCloth material. It looked pretty good except that I could not adjust the parameters of the Flyaway fibers. Not only that, when I applied a different material the Flyaway fibers remained.  ???
I can see no way of removing them even with multiple material changes.

Hi.

The Flyaway fibers will stay until you execute the geometry node. In the top right corner of the real-time view you should see the icon I attached.
If you click it, the Flyaway fibers will update.

Thanks, I guess I should have read the manual.  :-[
