This has happened to me several times in KS8 and KS9. If KS crashes while working on a file, it corrupts the file. I cannot ever open it again. Is this a known issue or does anyone have a workaround. Trying to reopen the file immediately crashes KS.
Turn on Backups in the Edit menu: Edit>Preferences, General Tab>Backup Revisions. You can also check it out in the KS9 manual. (https://luxion.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/K9M/pages/1062448713/General+Preferences)
