Title: Copy to all Model Sets
Post by: mattjgerard on June 12, 2020, 07:58:53 AM
Is there some option that I'm not seeing where I can copy a part to all model sets? I'm in a project where I have to add parts to a couple dozen model sets, as of right now I see two options

1) Use the RMB on the part and select the "Copy to model set" menu item
2) Drag the part to a new model set in the Project tree

Would be awesome to add another option to the RMB menu that would be "Copy to all active model sets" like it does when importing the part. That would work if i didn't have to then go and position and scale each part within each model set. I know I've missed other buried options (I'm looking at you, "replace and retain size" for an image texture) so just checking to see if this is one of them.

I don't think you've missed anything, Matt.
It's not something I've come across at least, but I could've missed it too.
I agree it would be a super useful addition :)

Thought so, too bad my apple watch doesn't count mouse clicks as exercise! Off I go...
