gpu rendering is way faster but in my case it doesn't gave me the same results as cpu do
i want to buy an rtx2080 ti but i am afraid that it will not help me a lot

Yes, GPU is faster but has lots of problems and render is different than CPU. I like to use the GPU for realtime preview and then do my real render with CPU but it has bit me in the ass a few times as I chased issues that were only present because of the GPU render preview.
