Title: What is Going on Here?
Post by: Jesse.Art on June 26, 2020, 07:59:40 PM
Started doing this last week and I can't seem to find out why. Happens with every render using textured materials.

Can you give me the specs of your computer and what type of KeyShot license you have; HD, Pro, Edu, etc.?
We have noticed that education licenses on Mac computers can produce these artifacts in interior mode.
If this sounds like what is happening to you, we are looking into this issue now.
Can you provide us with a .ksp file of your scene? It would help us to determine the cause of this issue.
To save a ksp file:

    Open your scene.
Go to File > Save Package.
    Name your file.
    Include 'Support - Erik Williams'

You may send it support@luxion.com securely via our WeTransfer channel at WeTransfer (http://wetransfer)

Sorry for the late response. I ended up working around the issue by fudging some of the options but to be honest I don't remember what I did.

My system is:

Mac Pro 7,1 2019
12 core CPU
Pro Vega II
Keyshot 9.3.14 Pro for ZBrush

I have the package file but it's over 700 mb's. If you'd like I can upload it to my online storage and provide a link for you.
