My guess would be that some of your browser plugins/addons don't play well together with Atlassian Confluence that we use as a platform for our manual pages.
Try disabling your plugins/addons

I'm using a clean MS Edge and I don't have any extensions or plugins.
Works in Firefox and Chrome but not Edge.
Any other suggestions?

Don't use Edge. Use Firefox or Chrome. Problem solved.
Microsoft Edge 84.0.522.52 (64 bit) on Windows 10 works here.
If you are using vanilla Microsoft Edge with no addons or non-standard security settings I would also have to give the advice to use Chrome or Firefox instead.

The manual works fine in latest edge browser version (chromium engine)

We have investigated a bit further.
It looks like older versions of Edge do indeed not work with our manual.
Installing the latest available Windows updates including Edge should resolve the problem.
The latest version of Edge is running on Chromium which resolves the issue.
Of cause using an other browser would work as well.
Whats Edge?
