I'm in the UK running KS 9.3 Pro. If I check for software updates it says there are none.
Should it not be picking up KS10?
IMHO the update feature never catches the new releases. You can download it from https://www.keyshot.com/resources/downloads/ (https://www.keyshot.com/resources/downloads/)
And with every release you'll get a new library, what an update never contain / provide. So I suggest the full installation!
