I have a Keyshot bridge w/ ZBrush. After I applied a gold material to a ring, after a few 1/2 second, the models disappears. It can be found of scene but only as a underlined model. Some textures don't cause this problem, but after I apply gold, no other texture will work.

What version of KeyShot to ZBrush Bridge are you using?
Please send us your scene as a ksp file.
To save a ksp file:
Open your scene.
Go to File > Save Package.
Name your file.
