hello, i bought keyshot 10 because my old Keyshot 4 pro was a bit dated. I discover with horror that there are no render passes, no render layers, no clown passes. I guess there is also only light but not shadows. Much more archaic version than my old KS 4 therefore. Can I get a refund for this unusable version? Thank you

Could you please doublecheck your License Type?
Render Passes and Layers are KeyShot Pro features and are not available in KeyShot HD or comparable(e.g. KeySHot licenses bundled with CAD software)
Regarding the "shadows being missing", i think it is best if you provide a screen shot for us to take a look.
I wouldn't know what to do without the passes and layers. They're definitely still there.
