Title: Importing Motion Study from Fusion 360 into Keyshot
Post by: Thomas Gray on July 26, 2021, 11:54:42 PM
Hi Guys,

I have been trying to animate a scissor lift in Keyshot 10 with very limited success, I could really benefit from the use of joints much like you can set up in a majority of CAD software.

Although, I am aware Keyshot does not possess the capapiblity to produce Reverse Kinematics, I was made aware that you can export a motion study from SOLIDWORKS into Keyshot and render out the animation.

So, I was wondering if this capability would be coming to the Fusion 360 plug in?

If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this task any easier please feel free to contact me!

Thomas

I've wanted something like that for several versions. That would be so helpful for importing mechanisms from CAD programs that don't have any "motion study" so you can recreate the linkages as they are in CAD.
