Hello Everyone,
I noticed I'm not the only one with issues with downloading content from the Cloud Library.
While dragging from the browser directly to the Keyshot scene works with materials, environments, it doesn't seem to work with 3D models.
They don't appear in the Library tab in Keyshot or in the Models folder.
Is there a workaround to download 3D models?

Hmm. I just tried it today and I don't have any issues so far.
IMHO KS7 doesn't support models in the library. It should be a KS8 feature.

it doesn't. Just got a reply from Support, it only works from KS 9 and up...
