ok,
after 3 hours of testing ... it seems that it is because of materials: translucent

Indeed, given as soon as the scan render material touch material: translucent ----> Keyshot crash.

If I ask a rendering without material: translucent, it does not crash.

This, I believe, very important information, right?

cordially.

I find that if you have a advance type material your taking a chance for crash. So what I do is not use any material or make any material that is advance type.
Other then that I have nothing....lol
Your crash is due to some type of material. I would bet it's a Advance type of material.
I hope that helps.

in fact, not

I only edited the parameters of the material: translucent
So we must wait for an update to use the editing function in materials.  :(

thank you very much for your help.
