Title: Hidden Parts on Solidworks are Appeared on Keyshot unintentionally
Post by: Higuchi on November 13, 2021, 01:40:26 AM
Hi,

According to my understanding, Hidden Parts on Solidworks are not imported to Keyshot.
Is my understanding correct?

If so, is my title bug?

It's been a while since I've used SolidWorks but I think it is Suppressed parts that aren't imported to Keyshot. But some one with SW will have to verify.

Thanks for the comment.
I undersand the opposite, which means while HIDDEN parts are not imported to Keyshot, SURPRESSED parts are imported to Keyshot.
Does anyone guys have comments?

Suppressed or hidden components should not be imported into KeyShot.

I tested it on my end and both hidden and suppressed parts were not imported for me.
I used KeyShot 10.2 and Solidworks 2021. Both import and the plugin worked as expected.

Could you please let me know what version of KeyShot and Solidworks you are using? Perhaps that will help me to reproduce it.
