Keen to create a similar design - possible with Keyshot? or too much work...

Yes, this is possible. And it shouldn't be much work.
But you have to use an editor to pack the glb into a scene and export it as an asset. Otherwise you have no lighting. I would also optimize the glass material with some gloss.

Exactly what the configurator is made for. Can for sure do this.

Using various primitives and texture mapping, you can definitely do this without too much work.
