Title: Queue produces blank images

Hey guys,

I have an issue with rendering via queue (in Keyshot 9.3). If I render one single image everything works fine. If I render the same image in queue I just get blank images with no content (at least it is fast :) ). Any ideas?

Just upgraded to keyshot 10 and the problem is still there :(

Any OS restrictions in the scenes folder?

no, I just checked. In fact it works fine with most scenes. but with that one scene (it is a product with fuzz material) queue doesn't work...

Hello,

The one scene you are having issues with in the queue, is it a configuration and/or containing multiple model sets?
Are you rendering in GPU mode?
If so, can you confirm you are using the latest drivers available?

Hi Erik,

thanks a lot for the suggestion! I updated the GPU drivers and now queue works with this particular scene.

where you using an ortho camera by chance?
