Title: Dolly Animation in KS 11.1
Post by: ddolezal on April 04, 2022, 11:22:10 PM
Good Morning - moin to everybody,

I just started my first animation projects and ran into a problem animating a camera via the dolly animation.
Rotation and Zoom work fine - i can set a start and a end point, and the automatic animation just works fine.
When I create a dolly animation by right-clicking on the camera and selecting "dolly" - I do not get any movement of the camera in the geometry preview when scrubbing the playhead over the timeline.

Do I miss something here?

Best regards,
Dieter

By default, it's set to 1 unit (mm probably). My guess is it's there, but it's not detectable. Did you try editing the dolly transform and checking the value in there?

Yes, I did.
But changing the value changes the dolly over the whole transform.
Weird - I did not find any hint in the manual either.
