Title: at the car show
Post by: Speedster on May 22, 2010, 11:16:44 AM
Just fooling around with my T-Turtleback hot rod.  Image taken at the Fallbrook (California) Vintage Car Club show on Memorial Day last year- I allowed space for my "toy"!  I'll be debuting my own giclee prints at this years show.

Very nice, Bill.  :)
In particular the very detailed CAD Modeling / Rendering`s.

Thanks, Ralf!  My three "T" versions (RatRod, Turtleback and Delivery Truck) concept cars have been a lot of fun, and gotten a lot of media.  Here's a detail shot I did yesterday.

One thing I like in the "real" car photos by the pro's at American Rodder Magazine is that they almost always light up the headlamps, but at a reduced voltage, so they just glow.  Adds a real sparkle to the shots.

The big Holley four-barrel carb is one SolidWorks "part", including the return spring, showing how I map features and faces for KS.
