Title: queue processing problem
Post by: andreb on September 04, 2012, 11:11:55 AM
Since I update Keyshot, I have the following problem:
I save the images in a folder as usual and the animation as well.
During the image creation, I can see all the images generated in the folder as usual but when the video is generated the images disappeared !
After the video is generated, a box open and say saved movie to the folder and then I have to click yes for the queue to continue.
This is very embarrassing, because (it wasn't like that before) I use to generate a batch of videos during the night and now it only generate one video at a time... software is waiting me to click on yes for every video.

Yikes - a bug like this would just about kill our operations.

Did you just update to 3.3.15?  (we are still at 3.2.32)

Yes, updated to 3.3.15 and started to have this problem, very embarrassing!
I don't care about saving the images, but my workflow is very slow right now...

HAS THIS BEEN FIXED?
I JUST LOST 20+ HOURS OF RENDERING. NOT GOOD FOR MY DEADLINE!
THIS IS A MASSIVE PROBLEM!
HOW DO I DOWNGRADE?
WHERE DID THE FILES GO?
I DO THIS OPERATION ALL THE TIME. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
VERY UPSET.
