You don't need a high end photorealistic software like KS for this. Rhino Penguin does it : http://www.penguin3d.com/

This feature has been requested a number of times on this forum.  A really nice aspect to this render style is that it helps concepts remain 'concepts' in earlier exploration phases of product development programs.  Often we'll create fast CAD models and then render them in KeyShot just for fast color, shading, and highlights.  Then we'll had sketch outlines and contour lines in Photoshop with a Wacom to help pull them back from being 'too real' as our clients can get confused and think concepts are already fully developed.  If we had the ability to render in this 'hand finished' style, it'd sure save us some time and give us another compelling tool to communicate 'concept'.
