Title: Keyshot VR viewing
Post by: Simon N on October 10, 2012, 03:18:11 AM
I've started playing with a Keyshot VR trial (looking great by the way!), but I'm having trouble viewing the results. They work in Explorer, however when I've tried to view them on a Mac they don't display in neither Firefox nor Safari. Is there something I am doing wrong or can they only be opened in Explorer?

Thanks

KeyShotVR can be viewed in all the recent browsers. Firefox and Safari on Mac included. Make sure your browser allows javascripts (can be enabled in Firefox under preferences -> contents).

I've looked in Firefox and the Javascript box is ticked (see image attached) but when I open the HTML file all I get is a blank white page. Is there anything else that may be causing this?

You will need to make sure that you have the .html document and the folder in the same directory.

Yep, thanks, I worked this out in the end!

It does mean that sending the VR to clients is slightly more difficult as it needs to be a packaged up file. Placing in a PDF would be the ultimate  ;)
