So 161.8fps were achived at 800x554 screen mode? Whatabout fullscreen mode?

Indeed, 800x554.
The camera benchmark is supposed to be run at this resolution only, for direct comparison with other CPU's/platforms. It's a sort of standardized measure. Different scenes will give different fps scores, though.

I CAN give you a direct comparison with 2 other systems that I have run KS4 on:
3.24 times faster than i7-3770 (no OC)
2.3 times faster than i7-3930K (no OC)
