Hello,
I am having a some problem with importing Catia V5 product files( .CATproduct) they just refuse to import it just crashes(appcrash).. using KS4
i would really grateful if someone can help me with this one.

We already have some fixes for this in the next update, but if you could share an example then we can test this against our fixes.

how do you want to send the file and just the CAtproduct file or with the CATpart link files also
and definitely looking forward for the updates
