The first version looks like shiny (sp? shine-ee) cement.  The second, I would have guessed marble, quartz or some other stone.  The third is obviously nacre.

I like the last one indeed, tho I would try tone it down 50% .. see what that gives.

I like the center and the hands on the first. and really like the outer of the third. Can you combine the two ?
