Hey guys. Yesterday I was messing around with Keyshot 4, finally. I purchased it and was looking forward to HDR environment editing.
However, when I clicked in the HDR thumbnail to edit the HDR I got prompted with a command to "reinstall HDR something". I closed out quickly; I figured if I restarted Keyshot it would be back.
Since then, the option to even edit HDR has been gone. Visually gone. No button to click, nothing.
Do I need to reinstall keyshot? I rather not, but I would very much like HDR editing. I payed for it.
Have you made sure the HDR editor plugin is enabled under "Preferences"?
Edit > Preferences > Plugins
Restart KeyShot. The editor is also only available in the Pro version.
