Title: Newton's Cradle
Post by: abedsabeh on August 07, 2013, 12:19:26 PM
This is a simple model to create, but it might be a very difficult animation to do in KeyShot. I'll keep my fingers crossed.  :)

Nice - I have faith you can pull off an animation with this one.  ;)

The animation of the Cradle is almost done, that was a bit tough specially trying to add dynamics into it using the technique of the traditional hand drawing "frame by frame animation", with the help of ease in/ease out inside KeyShot. It sounds crazy, but it works. An interesting storyboard will be the next step.

@abedsabeh,

As with others, I can't wait to see what you make of this!

For right now, though, I'm wondering about the "moving" 'S' in the "Stay Tuned!" render. Were you able to do that in KeyShot or is it a Photoshop effect or what? This is a technique that I would like to learn.

Thanks!

The "finale" of the animation/rendering is done! Now it's time to work on the music composition, SFX, colour grading and editing. Stay tuned!

Superb work Abed! The motion is spot on and the reflection over the water is beautiful. Very well done!

Well, I'm stunned!  You see, with tools in the hand of a Master like Abed, a message can be sent out into the ethers that really can't be expressed any other way.  And frankly, there simply is no other message more important than this.  I never thought that I, as a 67 year old designer and KeyShooter, would sit and watch this, and then have to wipe away the tears...

Thank you so much, my friend!  Just watch how long this takes to go viral.

Thank you so much!

I added a tip on how I made the water animation in the Forum/Gallery/Animation. I hope it will be useful for you.
