Title: Error: startup.bip missing or unreadable - need help!

It is keyshot 3, after saving some work, the file saved has got corrupted and also the installation.
The file saved cant be opened on any PC, and on this PC I can't even open the program anymore.

Error when opening the program:

We have tried to copy startup.bip from other PC but it doesnt solve the problem.
What to do?

Did you try reinstalling KeyShot? If not, try that. If you don't have the download to reinstall, send an email to: support@luxion.com and we'll hook you up.

I have tried reinstallation, doesnt resolve the problem. Will send mail to support. thanks
