Title: Can you copy a label from one material to another?
Post by: chippwalters on January 05, 2014, 09:24:40 PM
I often apply labels, then decide to change the material and of course the label is now gone. Is there an easy way to keep the label on the object when changing materials *OR* copy/paste a label set from one object to the other? Thanks!

Shift + Left Click = copy
Shift + CTRL (CMD on Mac) + Right Click = paste with out link.

This will allow you to copy the materials and the labels.

You can always change the material type, properties and textures, but if you swap out the material with a material from the library, the label is gone.
