What light material are you using? Emissive, or area diffuse?

Also, what are the ray bounces set to?

I recall seeing an official keyshot tutorial a few years ago involving a pinball machine. There was a detailed discription of how to do this, with control over the transparent materials IOR, diffuse transmission, roughness etc etc. I think this was in the days of KS 2, so before area lights, so must have been emissive material producing the light. Perhaps a member of the Keyshot staff could provide you with a link to this tutorial (which was otherwise really good - full of good tips still applicable today)

Hope this helps
Ed
