Post by: RODRIGO SORIA on February 04, 2014, 04:44:50 AM
Hi Guys!!!

My first piece (WIP) made in the workshop with Bruno Câmara. I learned A LOT from him, can not wait to practice some of his techniques.
Awesome concept by Jean Baptiste Monge

That's awesome! He's a nasty little b@st@£d - I'd kick him square in the face if he came anywhere near me!

You must have done something incredibly right, because very few character art images evoke that level of emotion from me. Really, I feel compelled to kick him in the face!

Amazing sculpt
Thanks for sharing
Ed.

He's a creepy little fella! Would love to see it colored up all pale skin in his fancy clothes. Nice work Rodrigo!

Except for his teeth and costume, he looks like my high school physics teacher.

This is awesome !!! I just can't stop looking at it. Tons of detail in this model. A colored version would be killer.

Not wishing to hijack your thread Rodrigo, but I thought I'd thow in the St. Patrick's Day render I started working on this weekend:

I hope to get it done in plenty of time before the day on March 17th. There will be shamrocks on the hat in the final render, oh and long red hair for the girl to be sure. I think some freckles on her face and chest (most gingers here in Ireland are also freckle monsters). I'm thinking of having her standing in a bed of grass and shamrocks, but I will decide on that when I finish the clothing details. You can expect lots of green.  ;)
