Title: Material template
Post by: rtyer on March 03, 2014, 06:31:35 AM
I am a newcomer to Ks and wish to learn all I can about this amazing program.
Have learned a lot but there is one source of frustration and perhaps misunderstanding I have
a question about.
I work with programs such as Poser and DAZ, each has individual figures, each figure has various maps attached to separate body parts.
Lots of maps. lots of body parts ;D
I have imported into KS and applied these maps with great results.
Question.
When I create a material template for the parts, does the
template save the maps themselves or only the general material.
This procedure has taken a lot of time and frustration so far.
If I can save the maps, materials themselves inside Ks would save enormous time.
Thank you

You will need to make sure to save the materials first before applying the template.
