i did this bottle accordingly to the filled glas scene, build the geometry same way and used the same materials (did it a few times before). if i leave everything as is these weird reflections cant be seen, but once i make the liquid lighter the reflections appear, they become stronger with increased ray bounces... it looks weird to me....

try the solid glass and ray bounces 12, do not touch your liquid volume touches the glass inside.

doesnt work..... there seems to be an issue with the solid glass material...
Can you share the model so we can take a look? Actually the bip file will be fine.
