Title: 1968 Plymouth Barracuda
Post by: John B on March 12, 2014, 09:45:44 PM
My spring break is coming to an end and I've been trying to apply Tim Feher's tips on automotive rendering to actual scenes but I think so far this one came out the best. Gonna try a few more shots of this cuz it turned out to be a cool subject

on a side note... not sure why but photobucket won't let me upload my images at their full resolution lol.

Thanks guys, I thought it would be fun to do some black and white images for a little while... turns out black and white make for great subject matter.
so I saw this image online and I thought that I should try to recreate it with the Barracuda. I had to go and use ps a little more than I thought I might. Oh well I think it looks kinda cool.

looking at the reference image a little more I think I ought to rotate the wheels and add in a little bit of twist. Also I'm not sure, is it possible to get that "broken line" effect with the toon shader?
