Title: "Ole Trusty Rusty" My first KeyShots
Post by: Speedster on March 02, 2010, 06:25:16 PM
I just migrated over to KeyShot.  When I saw the great HDR's from HDRI-Locations and HDR-LightStudio, I knew I had to drag out my SolidWorks model of "Ole Trusty Rusty", a 1920 Plymouth Gas-Mechanical Industrial Locomotive to test it all out.

Very pleased with the results!  Oddly, KeyShot seem to drive much more smoothly than it's predecessor.  Hard to describe, but true I'm sure.  I just wish there were like six matching backplates to the great HDRI's.  And the "studio" HDRI's from HDR-LightStudio are super!  I have LightStudio, but good studio rigs are difficult, and these are superb.

Good job!
