Title: Importing an animation from CATIA
Post by: monkee on May 23, 2014, 04:52:44 AM
Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way to import an already completed animation sequence (e.g. mechanism/simulation) from CATIA (V5/V6) to Keyshot.
I've made various animations of Jack (the human model in CATIA) playing guitar, riding a bicycle, etc., and I would like to make them even better with Keyshot.
As far as I know it's not possible to modify the position of limbs and fingers etc. directly in Keyshot, so I would greatly appreciate any help! :)

Thanks.

Sorry, no this type of animation isn't currently possible in KeyShot.

Chad can you tell me if I can import an assembly from spaceclaim with certain constraints that will be replicated in keyshot? I was sure I had seen this but I cant seem to do it and I have keyshot Pro 5.

Any help would be welcomed.
