How do we get a material to download from the cloud material server if we're using Keyshot 4? I don't get an option to download using Chrome.

As far as I know it is a logon service so it should be asking for a user/pass or the option to create an account.

Then my guess is there are problems with passing down v5 materials to v4.

Yes, do not expect all materials in the KeyShot cloud to work with KeyShot 4.

Well, my issue is that I can't download the material to see if it will work or not. The download button does not activate through the Chrome browser.
