First at some point in the future I will upgrade to Keyshot 5 but I am having problems installing materials from Keyshot cloud to Keyshot Pro 4.3 . I use IE or Firefox but both browsers can't find the app to open material and import. For example "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (keyshotcloud) isn't associated with any program." The only thing that I can do is try to import from KS 5 folder which crashes my KS 4 pro all the time.
On KS 5 demo this feature which is internal works perfectly which is understandable but is this feature available for Keyshot 4 or not?
Also if it is available are there materials that work exclusively on Keyshot 5 and if true when will they be labeled ?
Yes, this is a KeyShot 5 feature only, and the materials may not work with KeyShot 4.
