Title: How to achieve highlighted/animated lines???

If you take a look at a Formula 1 video they highlight in gold an animation which seems to come off of edges of individual parts. Video link below. How is this being done? Is this in KeyShot or another program?

If it is indeed something that can be done in KeyShot can someone explain how to do this operation?

Nah, thats an adobe after effects procedural i think

Edwardo is correct.  In Adobe After Effects you can draw vector lines on a new layer and animate effects that follow the lines.
