Title: Foul balls are black when rendered in KS 5

I see the shadow faulty case as in the attached picture, hope you help me how to negate it, thank you very much...

Hi Nguy - The last time I saw this problem it was because the model did not have enough polygons to be able to produce a realistic shadow. Work on your model more and add more SubDivisions. KeyShot can handle billions of polygons but struggles with models that have a very low density mesh. Just out of curiosity press 'H' when you re-load your model and it shows how many triangles are in the scene, please let us know how many triangles are in your scene before you edit your model.
