Nice, I like it! Your colours and materials are spot on!

I love LEGO, and have a few moc's I'd like to model and render. Can you share your process at all? Like, did you model your own bricks/parts, if so in what cad package? Or did you download the parts? I use a mac and have the Lego LDD app (which is pretty cool), but for the life of me I can't figure out how to export  models and get them into keyshot. I'v considered starting the tedious job of modelling every lego brick in Rhino then setting up a file with the grid and snapping all set to lego sizes to which i would import the brick I needed. But that seems too much like hard work. I believe there may be a few 3rd party apps available on windows that can export to a format keyshot will accept.?

Thanks in advance
Ed

Hi Ed,
No I did not model this, I downloaded the CAD from 'GrabCAD' as mentioned in my blurb.

Maybe you could ask that guy how he did it? Looks like his files are Solidworks files, so maybe he modelled them?

I have a free LEGO downloaded program called 'LEGO Digital Designer', which gives an export option but only as LEGO formats, but export seems disabled on mine, so you must have to upgrade or pay to allow that functionality.
