Maybe a solution for now:

PlacesBar Editor is a software program that fills a need Microsoft left behind. Windows 2000/ME/XP/Vista and Office dialogs have 5 buttons on the left hand Outlook-style bar known as the PlacesBar. This utility allows you to change them to be any folder you want. Why Microsoft didn't include a utility like this we will never know....
If you would like to add your own folder to the Places Bar (seen in the File/Open and File/Save or SaveAs dialogs), you can do this by editing the Windows Registry or using PlacesBar Editor...
or
Customize Places Bar

Method 3 - PlacesBar Constructor
Hi
In the previous avatar of Keyshot, I could double click on a texture and increase diffuse transmission to make the image I had applied as a texture in Sketchup glow. I can't see this feature now.
Can you help please?
Shivani
Which material did you use?
The material is a jpeg image, for example it could be my picture applied as a texture in sketchup.
Shivani
Which parameter in the material did you modify to increase diffuse transmission?
Hi
In HS, I used to increase diffuse transmission. That button is missing here. Earlier when I imported from Sketchup, and clicked on the SU materials, the dialog box had a function [i think it was diffuse transmission]. Increasing it from the standard setting of 0.3 would improve the brightness of the material. increasing the value to 0.4 for SU floors would make the floor brighter and more reflective. images used as textures in SU would have to be incresed upto 6 or 7 if they were dark, or 2-3 if they were light to make them brighter or give a kind of glow effect.

You can switch to the general material, which was default in hs 1.9 upon import. It has the feature you are
looking for.
