Title: Readable shadows, creases and highlights
Post by: d149st on November 12, 2014, 04:29:54 AM
Hi lads! So I am experimenting on something and when I get to render in keyshot I always get this problem were the shadows, extrusions, highlights on edges don't appear readable when they should. Sometimes they dont at all. The main area light is in the top middle. Any solutions to this please so I can achieve better renders?

Here is the example in the attachment

Try increasing the bounces - If you are using Global Illumination turn it off. In preferences find the use experimental features and try indirect bounces of say 3. You could also try adjusting the contrast and brightness in the Environment tab settings.
