Wow!  Ditto!! That is a beautiful model!  She may be a bit small in the first image, as railroad tracks are 4' 8 1/2" gauge.  You can eyeball it by tire diameter against the track on the right.  Great counter-play against the ship hull!

Mmm Tasty! These shots are definitely worth giving the wheels rims a bit more love. Theres some good metal materials on the cloud

Welcome! Great model and renders.
Can't wait too see more.
Tire material seems soft.
They are keepers.

Title: Re: Carrera 6 - tweaked
Post by: AndrewHartley on December 07, 2014, 01:53:27 AM
Have tried to tweak the blue image. The wheels are a weathered steel rather than metallic paint and I have tried to give the blue fibreglass some "patina". After all it is a car from 1965.

Any tips or examples of weathered/aged cars?
