Wow!  Yep, that's just what they looked like in the rear view mirror of a VW Bug!  My girlfriend in college had a '52 convertible, and it was SO smooth and powerful!  We were driving out in the California desert, kinda making out, when I glanced down at the speedo- it read 125 mph! Wasn't even aware I was going that fast. I did slow down a bit, but not by much!  Great model and superb renderings!

Forgot to mention something that you capture that nobody else (except me!) does.  The best auto photo pros "dim" the headlights for shots, to sort of a soft yellow glow.  Done by voltage reduction.  The pros at Rodder's Journal, in my opinion the absolute best, always do that.  Their photos can be used for inspiration by all of us...  http://www.roddersjournal.com/ (http://www.roddersjournal.com/)

Thanks Bill,

I strongly feel the headlamps/tail lamps can make or break your image. Doesn't matter how well you light and materialize the scene if the headlamps and tail lamps don't look right the whole image is ruin.
I got lucky on this image
