Hello, please, I have a problem with exporting the object with shadows as PNG. On a dark background are white shadows. Pls open this print screen.

Hello,

When an image is saved with transparency, the background color affects the color of your ground shadows/reflections.
My suggestion is to either render the image with a dark or black background so that it blends onto other colors more easily, or render the ground as a separate layer (using KeyShot Pro) so that it can be multiplied in Photoshop.

thank you,
can you send me a print screen where we find this function in Keyshot Pro?

Here's a post to an older blog post / quick tip on the topic. The UI has been updated but the functionality should be the same:

I prefer to render against a 50% black (grey) background.
I would use these steps.
Render product without ground shadow. Then render the single shadow against 50% grey.
Use Photoshop with color layer and the single shadow with multiply blend option. An adjustment layer linked to the shadow layer. And on top the product shot plus and extra layer with an occlusion render ... and some additional adjustment layer.

Hope that helps

I solved this problem! :)
Set the background as color
Set color - maximal black
Then just let rendered as PNG

but it is still not entirely transparent, but it can be solved in PS
