Incorrect surface color import

I've customized some surface colors of individual parts so when importing the parts into KeyShot I can assign different colors to each of the surfaces. When importing the assembly into KeyShot the surface colors aren't matching up the same way they would when importing a SolidWorks part or assembly with modified surface colors.

My objective is to import the assembly and modify the color of the small grooves shown in red. Instead, the red color is overriding the standard body color.  Is there anything I can do to correct this?
